NBASA awards two $500 scholarships each year to one NHS graduating baseball player and one NHS graduating softball player. The 2008 scholarship winners are Marcus Luther and Natalie Schulz.
NBASA would like to give an Extra Special thanks to: Mike Passmore and all the volunteers that helped build the field at Sam Case, our Rookies now have their own field. Nathan and the M&N crew along with Jason Malloy for all their help with the brand new equipment shed at Sam Case. BG Shinall & the LCSD for allowing us to build a field at Sam Case. Jennifer Hiner for everything she does behind the scenes. Kyle Luther for a great job making all the schedules. Toni Ritz and all the ladies that put in the long hours in snack shack. The flooring looks great! Leanne Dordan for doing an excellent job stocking and buying the items for the snack shack. Rich Duty for a great job updating all the gear for our Baseball / Softball Divisions. Thanks for keeping our players safe. Board meetings are underway. Questions and concerns should be taken directly to division directors so that issues can be brought up at the board meetings.
